They are the best movers I've ever worked with. They were very careful with my things, worked quickly. The entire move took less time than expected. We moved some things on myself Nothing was broken. But if I were to move again in the near future, I would ask for all the furniture you need to wrap. Overall a very decent company with professional and fast movers.

It was a great experience. The movers called me to make sure we worked out the details (time, etc.) and they remind me and provided a 30 minute window for arrival. They were right on time and went in to inspect the move and got busy right away. Guys were very careful moving everything and worked very fast. The delivery went without a hitch and I did not have to pay anything extra (time was enough) even though they had the option to pay extra if the moves run longer than agreed. They really don't play around, they get busy to work. I liked their professionalism and the way the whole thing was handled from beginning to end. Deserve a 5+!

My Experience. I wanted to share my own moving experience which is very different than others. I highly recommend this company when you are looking for professional movers . I actually booked my move from NY to Miami last minute and was very worried things will not go through smoothly. Victory the sales rep was very helpful. She walked me throw the process proving information to all of my question. The price was accurate and on the day of the the move the movers arrived on time , packed and load my belongings in 3 hours and very professionally. I got my stuff in Miami 5 days later . Thank you State To State Move you are awesome :-)).

Very professional!! Very professional. I hired State To State Move for my move very recently. They got back to me with the quote very quickly and answered all my questions promptly. The movers arrived on time, transported all my furniture effectively and efficiently. The final amount came out to be very close to the original quote they provided. Overall, I was very much satisfied with their service.

Quality service. This was my first time using a moving company. That being said, if I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. I honestly can't remember the names of the 3 guys that helped with my move, but I literally couldn't have been happier if I tried. They were quick, efficient, and overall just very nice guys. I could not recommend these guys enough. Thank you State To State Move, you made a day that could have been extremely stressful for me the exact opposite.

They were awesome! My usual moving company couldn't move me out on the day I wanted. Luckily, State To State Move was able to squeeze me in even though I called the day before the move. Thx, them for tolerating me and making it happen! They were my movers. They were awesome! They tried their best to finish everything within three hours and all my items were well taken care of. Highly Recommended!! Moving is stressful, so you need reliable and responsive partner to trust with the most demanding task of packing and moving. State To State Move are just that! Entire "quote to cash" process was not only smooth but enjoyable! They anticipated my intent at every step and were extremely flexible with date and time as I was negotiating move-out and move-in timing. The team that showed up on THE DAY was awesome! Organized, energized and efficient! Most importantly transparent and trustworthy! Needless to say, highly recommended!!

Very happy customer. I booked my move with State To State Move from Texas to Florida, these guys did a great job and I was completely satisfied with the way they handled my move in a very compassionate and helpful way and my bill never changed from what they told me on the reservation. Highly recommandable. I have been very happy with the State To State Move team. To begin, they sent several timely, organized emails after I booked them clarifying the details of how the day of the move would go (what time they would arrive, their price estimate, etc.). Moving is always stressful and their emails let me know what I should expect and gave me confidence that they were reliable professionals. The day of the move, the State To State Move team arrived exactly on time with a 30 minute warning call so we could be prepared. They were friendly as they packed up the truck, presentable, and very efficient. I was pretty amazed at how quickly they loaded up the truck and how careful they were with our stuff. They packed our large TV screen and other furniture that needed to be wrapped well. When they arrived at our new house, they stopped the clock for a break and ate some food. They were tidy and nice to talk to --- they all seemed like nice guys with families and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They handled everything very delicately. While packing, I ran out of packing paper last-minute and ended up packing a medium box full of glasses wrapped in thin tissue. Not a single glass broke.

This broker and I have come to an understanding and I wish to express my satisfaction for the manner in which they ultimately handled my complaint. State To State Move has provided me with a satisfactory refund amount in response to the aforementioned complaint and I wish to update the records on your valuable site to reflect such an agreement. Due to these flexible, contrite efforts on their part, I wish to rescind my complaint against State To State Move and it's my sincere hope that this will not contine to reflect negatively against them as an agreeable solution was found to my issues. Thank you for your attention to this development, and I hope that you can contact them to confirm receipt of same and that you will update your records as such by posting this review. I truly appreciate the fact your site exists to provide an outlet for shippers to share their experiences with moving companies and brokers.
